Jmester Lipumano, known professionally as Jem, is a member of NEO and serves as the group’s main vocalist and center. His role gives NEO a stronger vocal core, especially in songs that need emotional delivery, melody, and clearer singing moments.

Before debuting with NEO, Jem was part of a viral content creator crew and had long dreamed of performing on stage. He is also known for his interest in anime, drawing, trivia, music production, beatboxing, and vocal coaching content. As part of NEO, Jem helps balance performance energy with musicality and vocal expression.
