BINI is a Filipino girl group formed through ABS-CBN’s Star Hunt Academy and officially debuted on June 11, 2021, with “Born To Win.” The group’s name comes from the Filipino word binibini, meaning “young lady,” reflecting their image as modern Filipinas who are sweet, confident, independent, aware, and ready to represent Filipino talent on a bigger stage.
Composed of Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena, BINI has grown into one of the most prominent acts in P-pop. Their songs such as “Pantropiko,” “Karera,” “Salamin, Salamin,” “Cherry On Top,” “Blink Twice,” “First Luv,” and “Blush” helped expand their reach from local fan communities to wider Filipino and international audiences.
