ALAMAT is a Filipino sing-rap-dance boy group under Viva Records and Viva Artists Agency. The group currently consists of Taneo, Mo, Jao, Tomás, R-Ji, and Alas, with members representing different regions and cultures in the Philippines. Since debuting with “kbye,” ALAMAT has built a distinct identity by singing and rapping in different Philippine languages while incorporating Filipino heritage into their music, styling, choreography, and storytelling.
The name ALAMAT means “legend,” reflecting the group’s mission to tell stories rooted in Filipino identity. Through songs such as “kasmala,” “Maharani,” “Day and Night,” “Dagundong,” “Hiraya,” “LuzViMinda,” and “Hapag,” the group continues to position itself as one of P-pop’s strongest cultural voices, combining contemporary pop, R&B, hip-hop, dance, and traditional Filipino references.

Taneo is the leader, main dancer, and sub-vocalist of ALAMAT. He represents Kalinga and brings strong dance leadership, discipline, and stage presence to the group.

Jao is the main dancer, sub-vocalist, and bunso of ALAMAT. He represents Pampanga and brings bright energy, sharp movement, and youthful charm to the group.
R-Ji is the lead vocalist of ALAMAT. He represents Eastern Samar and brings emotional vocals, musicality, and Waray-Waray identity to the group.
Tomás is the main vocalist, lead dancer, and center of ALAMAT. He represents Bicol and brings vocal strength, charisma, and expressive performance to the group.
Alas is the lead rapper of ALAMAT. He represents Mindanao and brings rap, songwriting, creative energy, and Bisaya identity to the group.
