Rhoby Dy, known professionally as Ryu, is a member of NEO and serves as the group’s lead dancer and sub vocalist. His role supports the group’s choreography, movement, and youthful stage energy, helping make NEO’s performances more dynamic.

Ryu started training in dance and performance while he was still a student and later auditioned for the group under Celebrity Studio. He is also described as someone who contributes to the group’s day-to-day creative and content work. Through his dance, vocals, and creative presence, Ryu adds brightness and versatility to NEO’s identity.
