Reggie Louise Acedillo, known professionally as Luiz, is a member of NEO and serves as the group’s visual and sub vocalist. His role strengthens NEO’s image, charm, and vocal support, helping the group connect with audiences through both performance and personality.

Before debuting with NEO, Luiz was part of a K-pop cover group, where he already shared a performance background with Blue. He is also known for his interest in music, instruments, and K-pop, and can play the keyboard and guitar. As part of NEO, Luiz adds visual appeal, humor, and musical color to the group.
