KAIA is a 5-member Filipino girl group under ShowBT Philippines, the same company that launched SB19. The group embodies themes of empowerment, individuality, and youth, with a sound blending pop, R&B, and EDM. KAIA officially debuted on April 8, 2022, with the single “BLAH BLAH.”
The name KAIA is derived from the Cebuano word “Kinaiya”, meaning inner character or individuality.
